Resodock Terms of Service

By accessing or using Resodock, you agree to these terms. They are intended to explain the service boundaries, user responsibilities, and acceptable use of the product.

Last Updated: Apr 17, 2026

Resodock provides a browser-based audio tool along with related content pages. We aim to keep it lightweight and practical, but some features depend on browser support, model resources, and local runtime conditions, so the experience may vary by device, browser, and network environment.

These terms apply to your use of the Resodock website, tools, help-center pages, about page, and related public content.

1. Service Purpose

Resodock is intended for common workflows such as denoise, voice enhancement, stem separation, format conversion, and batch audio processing. Its purpose is to help users complete browser-based audio tasks more efficiently.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Resodock is not guaranteed to replace full digital audio workstations, studio-grade workflows, or advanced mastering systems.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use Resodock only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the rules of your jurisdiction. You must not use the service for obvious infringement, abusive automation, resource misuse, access-control bypassing, or unlawful content handling.

If your audio files are subject to copyright, confidentiality obligations, or privacy restrictions, you are responsible for determining whether you have the right to process them.

3. Responsibility For Results And Content

You are responsible for the audio you upload, drop, process, export, or share, including its legality, authorization status, accuracy, and downstream use.

Resodock provides tooling, not a guarantee that any resulting output will be factually correct, legally compliant, copyright-safe, or fit for a commercial purpose.

4. Availability And Changes

We may change page structure, model sources, caching behavior, export flow, help-center content, or feature availability without separate notice. Certain functions may also be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network issues, or third-party dependency changes.

As long as doing so does not violate applicable law or unreasonably undermine core user rights, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, rebuild, or discontinue portions of the service.

5. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resodock is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or downstream damage caused by service interruption, model-loading failures, browser compatibility issues, export problems, output variation, or third-party dependency changes.

If you use Resodock in high-risk, highly regulated, or business-critical workflows, you should independently verify outputs and maintain your own backups before publication, delivery, or archival use.
